Tim was friendly, approachable, calm and honest, unlike other real estate agents we dealt with. He consistently checked up on us as we renovated the property, however he did not pressure us. He was wealth of information and always asked if we needed assistance. Through his contacts we were able to purchase new carpet and blinds at a great price. He also organised the staging of our property. We had team meetings to establish guidelines and to keep us informed. We would highly recommend him.

Tim was my first contact at Stockdale & Leggo and as I live interstate I knew nothing of the process of selling a property in Victoria. He explained to me how things would go and what I needed to do to get the best possible outcome. He even had to put up with a vacating Tennant who wouldn’t let him come and value the property. Tim took this all in his stride and once it was vacant arranged for staging furniture which looked fantastic. He operated very professionally and in my best interest.
