Josh is professional and extremely knowledgeable!
He has a great energy and went above and beyond in trying to help me find the perfect home. He was also continually helpful throughout the whole process and great with communication, would definitely recommend him

Josh was great in his knowledge and the help he was to me as I was very over whelmed with the whole selling a property. I had no clue where to start. On my first meeting with Josh and Rod it was clear that I had the right people helping me. On further meetings with Josh the suggestions given on how to prepare the property for selling was invaluable. The small things that can make a lot of difference. I appreciated all your assistance Josh thank you.

We knew immediately from our interviews with potential agents that Josh would be our agent. His excitement and eagerness was refreshing in comparison to the others we met with. At the end of the day, our instincts paid off. Josh sold our house after only one open house in a market where the average listed days are 40+. We got above our reserve and his communication was second to none. We would definitely use Josh again and cannot recommend him enough. A++
