The whole process was actually really good, I was feeling a bit stressed because I was no longer living at the property and had moved interstate and a couple of times I had to get Emma to follow up things for me, like finding a gardener and a window cleaner and also looking for some paperwork I had left in the house
I never actually met Emma, but she made the whole process smooth and easy
