This is the coolest beach house ever. Everyone who visits will not want to leave. The fact that you can walk to the beach for a swim in a couple of minutes and then make your way back for a quiet beer and BBQ without working up a sweat is what its all about. The traditional “Beach House” sits on a level block of 980m2 (approx), amidst an easy care semi natural garden. The setting provides a myriad of fun places for the kids to entertain themselves without leaving home whilst at the same time providing a permanent natural shield from the outside world. Bathed in natural light the house feels great and offers 3 double bedrooms with room for bunks galore, a lovely big living room with polished floorboards, trendy kitchen as well as a family bathroom. There’s a lovely decked entertaining/alfresco area off the rear of the house overlooking the garden.
